Both work for skiing; the spherical one is more comfortable if you spend many hours on the slopes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch2\u003eHow to stop them fogging up\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFog appears when warm, moist air from your face meets the cold lens.
