The services included in the MIXED/ADULT packages for groups of 25 people or more are detailed below.
The package includes: ski pass, ski/snowboard lessons and food.
FORFAIT:
Adults (+18 years), Junior (from 12 to 17 years), Child (from 6 to 11 years).
CLASSES:
The number of hours reserved will be divided by the number of days.
Any group with a start date other than Monday will have their reservation status pending confirmation. The groups department will confirm the reservation later, once availability has been verified.
During the purchase process, you must specify the number of people per class type (skiing or snowboarding) and your preferred start time for the classes.
NOTE: Depending on the number of people per modality and their level, the school reserves the right to assign different groups for each one.
For the snowboard category, the minimum age is 12 years old.
The week before classes begin, the Grandvalira group department will assign the group's schedule for the entire stay.
On the first day of classes, a level test will be conducted and the groups will be divided.
RESTORATION:
All packages will initially be priced with the 'Express menu' (default), or in 'other options' you can change to the 'basic menu' (with a supplement)
All members of the group must consume the same type of menu.
During the booking process, if you select the "basic menu," you must specify your preferred time and restaurant. The week before your arrival, the Grandvalira Groups Department will assign the corresponding time and restaurant for the "basic menu" to your group for the entire stay.

Tudo perfeito, aluguei um snowboard e contratei o transfer para Vale Nevado. A entrega do material foi muito rapida e o transfer muito bem organizado. Recomando.

I rented a set of skis, boots, and poles from Caranva Sports for a week of skiing with my friends at Valle Nevado - the rental was super easy and there was lots of helpful communication both before and after I had picked up my gear!

el horario de recogida es engañoso, ponía que se puede recoger de 8 a 19 h, llegamos a las 17:50 i estaba cerrado, así que hasta el día siguiente no pudimos recoger el material, corregir lo del horario.
La atención al cliente es muy buena, ya que han rectificado inmediatamente el horario, volveré a comprar, gracias
Todo fue bien con la compra y el alquiler, excepto el último día, cuando a mi hijo le robaron la tabla de surf de alquiler durante la pausa del almuerzo. La tabla estaba junto con las de otros clientes y tuvimos que pagar 150 € por este incidente.

Quedé encantada con la chica de caja y el asesor que me entregó la tabla de snowboard. Sin embargo la chica que me dio la bota NO SIRVE PARA ESTARATENDIENDO AL CLIENTE. Grosera como le habló a un cliente y a mi su forma de contestarme muy mal educada. Si no le gusta lo que hace, que se vaya. Los clientes de esta tienda vamos felices por nuestro equipo en un dia vacacional, y esta señora te corta el buen humor con sus formas. El resto del equipo un 10.

Rápido y claro.
Alquilamos un par de equipos completos durante 3 días. A favor trato inmejorable y horario amplio para poder devolver el material. En contra un par de cosas las botas que me dieron estoy seguro q más de 2 temporadas tenían y un uso frecuente con los ganchos al máximo de tobillo a los dedos del pie mucha holgura, Tuvimos la densidad en el último momento de añadir unas botas más al slquiler de los dos equipos nos lo cobraron a parte sin aplicar descuento no me parece justo pero entiendo q es lo q hay. Muchas gracias
