- Is it snowing in the village? If the village camera shows snow on the road, the access routes (Foscagno, Forcola, Munt la Schera tunnel) may require snow chains.
- Is it clear up top? Compare the slope and mountain cameras: with fog or wind up high, the top lifts at Mottolino and Carosello 3000 may stop.
- What is the snow like? Shiny surface early in the morning = hard snow; matt and tracked after a snowfall = powder.
