Estuve unos días en Valencia por trabajo y quería salir a rodar un rato. Reservé la bici online y me la entregaron directamente en el apartamento. Estaba en muy buen estado, bien ajustada y lista para salir. Hice una ruta hasta El Saler y fue una pasada. Muy cómodo todo, repetiría sin duda.

I rented a road bike during my stay in Valencia and everything went smoothly. The bike was in perfect condition, super light and fast – ideal for the routes around Albufera and the coast. They even delivered it to my apartment, which made things so easy. Highly recommended if you want to ride like a local!

We’ve rented two road bikes for 6 days. The bikes were from very good quality (Wilier; Trestina).
The service that went with the rental was very good as well. Caranva sports is very responsive and the service in the shop was perfect.

Desde el proceso de alquiler y la preparación en línea, donde pude especificar todos los detalles como la altura, el tamaño de la bici, el casco, las zapatillas, etc., hasta la llegada. Le vélo loué était assez mal entretenu (cassette et chaîne sales), et j’ai eu un pneu plat après 5km ayant pourtant roulé sur des routes parfaites.
Pour le reste, la communication avec le magasin était facile et la caution m’a été rapidement remboursée.

Normal bicycle, nothing of exceptional; I noted that in Valencia there are really only a few rental points that offer "street velocy bykes" (I used for training), to make a comparison in Mallorca, it was totally different.

Unfortunately the opening hours are really "restricted" (from 10 am to4 pm), and they are not always clear ... and it's difficult to schedule a tour when the pickup/return are at the half journey.

Just a note: when you go onsite to pickup the cycle, keep attention to the "warranty temporary payment" (i.e. the one that the storeman freeze from your credit card as warranty in case of incident/stole/etc ... in my case it should did 3.000 euros, contract a different one or it could be a problem if you need to spend money from your credit card ... but I did found an agreement via cash money).

Brakes weren't fully broken in which is not ideal for a short stay in the alps. Fine bike otherwise.

Rented a bike twice here. Excellent service by Juan. Bicycles in very good condition and had some great rides. Only downside is the city itself. To get to the better parts of your ride you will have to do some urban riding which can be challenging with all the traffic but never a dull moment. Pay attention to opening hours, closed between 2-4 pm.

Trato correcto, aunque las bicis no son de la calidad que esperaba y la tija no se correspondía para una talla S. Frenos mecánicos que no estaban del todo ajustados y cambios mecánicos también. Un precio de 60 euros/día por una gravel bastante básica me parece un poco caro.

Sin dudas volveré a hacer un alquiler bici carretera Tarragona con ellos.
