At the shop and on the day you choose when buying. It’s ready during opening hours: just give your name or order number.

Do I pay anything at the shop?

No. Everything is paid online when you buy; at the shop you just collect it.

Until when can I buy it?

Until the day before pickup, so the shop can get it ready. Slope-side shops open with the season, from late November to late April.

Can I change the day or the shop?

Yes: write to us before the pickup date and we’ll move it to another day or another shop in the network.

Is it a specific brand or model?

No. It’s a generic product with the features on this page, and the shop gives you an equivalent model from its range.
