The most common reason a rental shop doesn't sell online isn't that it doesn't want to: it's that during the season there isn't a single free afternoon to set anything up. That's why we do it for you.
All we need from you
- Your prices per day (or per hour, if you rent boards or bikes). A photo of the list on your counter is fine.
- What you rent: skis, boots, snowboards, helmets, clothing, boards, wetsuits, lessons… We don't need your exact stock.
- Your opening hours and where customers pick up.
- An email address or WhatsApp number where we can notify you of each booking.
What we do with that
- We create your products with their variants (levels, sizes, days) and the prices you gave us, without changing them.
- We publish your listing on the pages for your resort or beach, where people looking for somewhere to rent are already arriving.
- We set up how you get paid: usually the customer pays only our commission online and the rest at your counter (we explain it in how a shop gets paid with Caranva).
- We give you access to your dashboard and, if you want, a widget to take bookings on your own website with no commission.
You review it before it goes live
Within 48 hours we show you how it looks. If there's something you don't like, we change it; if you're not convinced, it doesn't get published. There's no contract to sign before you see the result.
If you'd rather do it yourself
You can do that too: create your free account, upload your equipment with sizes and prices and you're done. And if you already use Booqable, BRM or an iCal calendar, we connect it so availability syncs automatically.
What it costs
Nothing upfront. No sign-up fee, no monthly fee and no commitment: just 15% of the bookings we bring you. If we don't bring you any, you pay nothing.
