The drivers were fantastic bot ways. On the way up, our driver stopped ao we could get groceries as there isn't much for stores it the resort. The communication could was a bit lacking as I hat to reach out via WhatsApp to confirm pick up time but it was easily sorted after I messaged them.
The pick up point was confusing. It said something on the email and something else when I advanced to the link on this same email. I almost missed my shuttle because of it and had to pay for an Uber unnecessarily
The transport was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp, on time and friendly. Would use again.
One of the drivers was rude, but got us all there safely
Recomando.
Great drivers, very friendly, great price. Initial communication was lacking, but after I landed and texted them, they were able to connect me to my driver in under 5 minutes.
Easy to pick the bike up from the local tourism shopfront. Bike was in excellent working order and being a little out of Bilbao it forced me to chose riding routes nearby which turned out to be perfect - we wouldn't have found them. So very please with the experience - thank you very much
Perfect timing. Safe driving

Road cycle (Orbea) was brand new and perfect for 8 hours of climbing big mountains. Delivery and pick made it easy to plan a ride on vacation. Easy, convenient and great quality bike made a great experience!
