Yes, you need to bring your ID or passport, the booking confirmation (email or order number) and a credit/debit card for the deposit (refunded when returning the equipment).

You can pick up the skis on the start day of your booking between 8:30 am and 7:30 pm. You can also pick them up the previous afternoon at no extra cost (subject to availability).
