Which range should I choose in Courchevel?

• Bronce — for beginners and occasional skiers: easy-turning skis for the Easy Rider areas and green and blue runs. Full set from €24.50/day.
• Silver — for skiers who are comfortable on blues and reds and want more stability. From €30/day.
• Gold — for advanced skiers after grip and precision on reds and blacks such as the Combe de la Saulire. From €38.50/day.
• Platinum — the top range on this page, for expert skiers. From €49.50/day.
• Ski touring (Platinum) — touring kit for skinning up under your own steam, with the experience or mountain guide your route calls for. From €51.50/day.
• Cross-country (Platinum) — a full Nordic ski set. €28/day.
• Kids (Bronze, Silver and Gold - Junior) — children's sizes with bindings set to the child's weight. From €19/day.

For snowboard hire there are four adult ranges —Bronce from €30/day, Silver €38.50, Gold €49.50 and Splitboard €61— and one for kids, Bronze - Junior, from €24.50/day.

What does each pack include?

• Full ski set: skis with bindings adjusted to your weight, height and ability, boots and poles.
• Skis only (from €20.50/day) or boots only (from €12.50/day), if you are bringing some of your own kit.
• Full snowboard set: board and boots. Board only from €28/day; boots only from €12.50/day.

Helmets and avalanche safety gear are not included and cannot be booked on this page.

How much is a week's ski hire in Courchevel?

Total for the full set by number of days. Every day costs the same: the total is the daily price times the number of days, and you see it as soon as you choose your dates. For example, two adults in Bronce and one child in Bronze - Junior for 6 days: €147 + €147 + €114 = €408.

Where and when do I collect my skis?

• Pick-up point: our Courchevel shop (CaranvaSports Courchevel). The exact address comes in your booking confirmation email.
• Opening hours: pick-up and return times come in the same email, along with the pick-up point.
• Return: at the same place, at the end of your last hire day.

Staying in another village? They are all connected: according to the tourist office, you can ski between them and, during the season, take the shuttle buses.

How does booking work?

1. Choose the activity, the range and the pack (full set, skis or board only, boots only).
2. Select your pick-up and return dates: the total appears straight away.
3. Enter each skier's height, weight, ability and shoe size and pay online.
4. Get the pick-up address by email and collect your fitted kit with no queueing. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before and the CaranvaSports Guarantee.

Courchevel at a glance

Courchevel, in the Tarentaise valley (Savoie), is made up of six villages: Courchevel 1850, the heart of the resort; Moriond, formerly Courchevel 1650; Village, formerly Courchevel 1550, at 1,550 m; Le Praz, at 1,300 m, next to the Olympic ski jumps; La Tania, at 1,400 m; and Saint-Bon.

The Courchevel ski area has 150 km of marked pistes (105 runs between 1,300 and 2,740 m) and links on skis to Les 3 Vallées: 600 km of pistes and seven resorts —Courchevel, Méribel, Val Thorens, Les Menuires, Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, Orelle and Brides-les-Bains— topping out at 3,230 m. There are Easy Rider zones and the Family Park at 1850 for beginners, and runs such as Jean-Blanc for experts.

The 2026/27 season in Courchevel runs from 4 December 2026 to 18 April 2027; the Les 3 Vallées links open on 5 December. We don't sell lift passes: in high season (19 December to 9 April) an adult pass costs €77 a day and €385 for 6 days in Courchevel, and €84.20 a day and €421 for 6 days for Les 3 Vallées (official 2026/27 prices). Under-5s don't pay for a lift pass.

Getting there: the nearest railway station is Moûtiers, 30 minutes away by road; Geneva and Lyon airports are about 2 hours away.
