Ski hire in Alto Campoo
Book your ski or snowboard equipment for Alto Campoo online and collect it ready, set up for your height and level, from our shop at the foot of the slopes, near the chairlift. The total is the daily price multiplied by the number of days you ski: every day costs the same.
Which range should I choose?
You choose the range when you book; ski length and boot size are adjusted in the shop when you collect.
- Intermediate — the entry range: for beginners and people who ski a few days a year, and for those already comfortable on green and blue runs. Full set from €22/day.
- Advanced — for skiers who are confident on red runs and want a ski that stays stable at speed. From €27/day.
- Kids (70-135) — children’s skis, boots and poles, with the bindings set to the child’s weight. From €15/day.
What each pack includes
- Full ski set: skis, boots and poles, with the bindings set to your weight, height and level.
- Skis and poles: if you bring your own boots; €18/day in Intermediate, €25 in Advanced and €13 for kids.
- Boots only: €13/day for adults and €11 for kids.
- Full snowboard set: board and boots, €22/day for adults and €15 for kids. Board only: €20 (adult) and €13 (kids).
A helmet is not included and cannot be added to this booking. Helmets are not compulsory in Alto Campoo, but the resort recommends them, especially for children and teenagers.

Where and when to collect
You collect and return your equipment at CaranvaSports Alto Campoo, our shop at the foot of the slopes in the resort, near the chairlift. Opening hours are 8am to 5pm, for both collection and return. The exact location and directions are in your booking confirmation email.
The slopes open at 9.15am. On your last day, leave time to return the equipment before 5pm, when both the shop and the slopes close.
How booking works
- Choose ski or snowboard, the range and the pack: full set, skis or board only, or boots only.
- Select your collection and return dates: the total is worked out by the number of days.
- Enter each skier’s height, weight, level and shoe size, and pay online.
- Collect your equipment, ready to go, from our shop in Alto Campoo and go straight to the slopes without queuing. Free cancellation up to 24 h before.
Alto Campoo at a glance
According to altocampoo.com, the official website of the resort (run by the public company Cantur), Alto Campoo is in the municipality of Hermandad de Campoo de Suso, 24 km from Reinosa, in Cantabria. It has 23 runs (4 green, 10 blue and 9 red; no black runs), 10 lifts (3 chairlifts and 7 drag lifts) and 30.4 km of skiable terrain between 1,650 and 2,125 m, facing north-north-west. There is also a snow park and a 2.7 km cross-country ski loop.
You drive up from Reinosa. The Calgosa car park has 1,050 spaces and, when it is full, a shuttle bus runs from Brañavieja. The 2025/26 season, the resort’s 60th anniversary, lasted 105 days and ended on 5 April 2026. As of 5 October 2026, Cantur has not yet published the opening date or the lift pass prices for the 2026/27 season: check altocampoo.com.
Which range for the slopes of Alto Campoo?
If you are a beginner, the Calgosa area has the easiest runs (Calgosa I and II), and in April 2026 Cantur announced it will extend snowmaking in this beginners’ area: the Intermediate range is more than enough for green and blue runs. For the long reds such as Los Asnos (1,560 m) or El Castro II (1,490 m), the Advanced range gives you a more stable ski; with no black runs, you will not need anything more.
