Ski hire prices by area

Price per day of the adult full set (skis and boots) in the cheapest range of each shop, from its current rates. You book online and collect your gear at the shop in that area.

What the full set includes

• Full set: skis and boots. If you only need part of it, you can hire just the skis or just the boots.
• Ranges: from beginner to high-end in every area, plus touring skis in Pas de la Casa, Grau Roig, Soldeu, El Tarter, Canillo, La Massana and Ordino Arcalís.
• Kids: full set from €13.50/day (Canillo).
• Snowboard: board and boots from €26/day (Ordino Arcalís).

How you pay for the booking

It depends on the shop in each area:

• Pas de la Casa, Grau Roig, Soldeu, El Tarter, Encamp and La Massana: you pay 20% online when booking and the rest when you collect your gear.
• Canillo, Arinsal and Ordino Arcalís: you pay 100% online when booking.

Helmet and ski clothing

Helmet: add it as an extra when booking on your area’s page (in Encamp, €6/day).

Andorra has three ski areas: Grandvalira (Pas de la Casa, Grau Roig, Soldeu, El Tarter, Canillo and Encamp), Pal Arinsal (La Massana and Arinsal) and Ordino Arcalís. With a Grandvalira pass of 2 days or more you can also ski Pal Arinsal and Ordino Arcalís.

Which area of Andorra should I hire my skis in?

The one where you start skiing: you collect and return your gear right by the slopes. In Grandvalira the sectors are linked by lifts, so the gear works across the whole ski area.

Do I have to pay everything when booking?

Not always. In Pas de la Casa, Grau Roig, Soldeu, El Tarter, Encamp and La Massana you pay 20% online and the rest on collection. In the other areas you pay 100% online.

What does the full set include?

Which lift pass do I need to ski in Andorra?

It depends on the ski area: Grandvalira (Pas de la Casa, Grau Roig, Soldeu, El Tarter, Canillo and Encamp), Pal Arinsal or Ordino Arcalís. A Grandvalira pass of 2 days or more is also valid in Pal Arinsal and Ordino Arcalís. The Grandvalira day pass costs €69 per adult.
