Sizes and ability levels

• Premium — current-season gear, the same the instructors ride. For all-mountain skiing.
• Performance — high-end skis and boards tuned daily. What most people pick.
• Junior Premium — technical gear in children's sizes, for kids already skiing reds.
• Junior — light, forgiving kit for beginners and occasional skiers.

Every level comes in both ski and snowboard, boots included. You give height, weight, shoe size and ability when you book, and the concierge fine-tunes boots, bindings and pole length at your door.

Pick-up, return and cancellation

• Your rental period starts on the delivery date if you get the gear before 2:00 p.m.; after 2:00 p.m. it counts from the next day.
• Everything is returned on the evening of your last ski day by 6:00 p.m. The branch contacts you that day to extend or arrange pick-up.
• Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your delivery. We hold no card, so cancelling with us costs you nothing.
• Inside 48 hours the branch may apply its own late-cancellation policy: one full day's rental per person plus tax.
• Cancellations or delays caused by weather, flights or anything outside your control are rescheduled or cancelled at no charge.
• No refunds for unused days inside a rental period; early returns must reach the branch by 6:00 p.m. the evening before.
