They are not extra: the full set includes skis, boots and poles, with the bindings set to your weight, height and level. If you already have boots, you can hire just the skis from €20.50 a day. And if you only need boots, from €12.50.

Yes: from 1 to 30 days in the same booking. You choose the collection and return dates, and the total is worked out from the days you select.

Booking online puts your gear aside in the range and size you chose, and fixes the price from €24.50 a day. You arrive, collect it ready and head out without queuing, between 9:00 and 19:30.

Yes. The kids' full set costs from €19 a day, with the bindings set to the child's weight.

Yes: board with boots costs from €30 a day. There are also Burton Step On bindings, so you strap in standing up instead of sitting in the snow.

You don't have to guess when booking: the length is set in the shop at collection, based on your height, weight and level. All you choose is the range (Bronce €24.50, Silver €30, Gold €38.50 and Platinum €49.50). For the boots, your foot is measured with a 3D scanner before you are given them. Anything that doesn't fit is swapped on the spot, before you head out.

Collection hours are 9:00 to 19:30. You can collect it the day before your first day on the snow.

Yes, you can collect it the day before your first day of skiing, within the 9:00 to 19:30 opening hours, so you head straight to the slopes on day one.

Yes: ski storage is included, so you don't have to carry the gear back to your accommodation every day.

You pay the full hire online when booking; there is nothing else to pay in the shop, you just collect the gear.

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your collection time, 100% of what you paid is refunded, provided the shop allows it; within those 24 hours a refund is not guaranteed. The same deadline applies if the weather changes or something comes up. It is all in the returns and cancellations policy.
