Can I change the clothing level (Bronze/Silver/Gold)?
Yes, you can upgrade at the pickup point by paying only the price difference. If you want to downgrade, we refund the difference.
What happens if the clothes get stained or torn?
Normal stains from use are covered (no need to clean the clothes before returning). Small tears or rips from normal use are also covered by the basic protection included. Charges only apply in case of serious damage due to negligence.
Do I need to bring anything to pick up the clothes?
Yes, you need to bring your ID or passport, the reservation confirmation (email or order number), and a credit/debit card for the deposit (refunded when returning the clothes).
When can I pick up the snow clothes?
You can pick up the clothing on the start day of your reservation between 8:30 and 19:30. You can also pick it up the afternoon before at no extra cost (subject to availability).
Are there discounts for multiple days?
Yes, we offer progressive discounts: 7% (2 days), 10% (3 days), 13% (4 days), 17% (5 days), 20% (6 days), and up to 23% (7+ days). Discounts are applied automatically.
What level of clothing do I need for Sierra Nevada?
It depends on the season and your sensitivity to cold. In January-February with below-zero temperatures, we recommend Silver or Gold level. In March-April with milder temperatures, Bronze level is usually enough. If in doubt, contact us.
