After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from CaranvaSports with your lift pass voucher. This email is your proof of purchase.

To collect your lift pass:

• Go to the station offices or ticket booths where you purchased your lift pass
• Present the confirmation email (printed or on your mobile device)
• Our team will give you your physical lift pass

It’s that simple! No queues or complicated procedures. Keep your confirmation email safe—it is your direct access to your lift pass.

No need to waste paper! You can conveniently show the digital voucher you received by email directly from your mobile phone screen.

For 1- to 2-day ski passes, a photo is generally not required, and they are not strictly personalized. However, for ski passes valid for 3 or more days (or season passes), the resort may require a photo and your personal details. In that case, the photo is taken directly at the ticket office when you collect the pass. Once issued, the pass is always personal and non-transferable.

Accident insurance is not mandatory, but at CaranvaSports, we strongly recommend it. The standard lift pass does not cover medical expenses in the event of an accident on the slopes. Optional insurance usually covers on-slope rescue, initial medical treatment at the resort clinic, and, in many cases, transportation to a hospital. We recommend adding it during the purchase process so you can ski with complete peace of mind.

We understand that plans can change. We generally allow date changes at no additional cost as long as they are requested at least 48–72 hours before the first day of skiing. Please note that if the lift pass price for the new dates is higher, you will need to pay the difference. Check the specific terms and conditions of your fare at the time of purchase.

Your peace of mind is our priority. If the ski resort announces a complete closure of its facilities due to a lack of snow during the validity period of your ski pass, we will offer you several alternatives, such as changing the dates to a later time in the season or a voucher for the amount paid to use on future purchases at CaranvaSports.

Age policies vary slightly between resorts. As a general rule, children under 5 or 6 usually have free access to the slopes, although they still need a "baby" or "child" lift pass (at a cost of €0), which must be collected from the ticket office by presenting a document proving their age. From that age onward, "Child" or "Junior" rates apply until age 12 or 16, depending on the resort. We always specify the age ranges in the purchase selector.
