Frequently asked questions about renting at Skiz
How do I collect the gear at Skiz?
You book and pay online from the product page. Once confirmed, you get the booking with the shop's details by email and collect the gear at Skiz (El Tarter) on the first rental day — no ticket-office queue.
Is the rental price per day?
Skis, snowboards and clothing are charged per rental day; lessons and lift passes per session or per pass day. Either way the total is locked in when you book: what you pay online is the final amount.
Can I cancel my booking?
Most bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start date. The exact condition for each product is shown on its page before you pay.
How far in advance should I book in El Tarter?
In high season — Christmas, Easter and long weekends — book several days ahead: top-tier gear and children’s sizes tend to go first. Outside those dates there is usually availability at shorter notice.
