Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What Does the Snow Clothing Rental Include?
The complete set rental includes a ski or snowboard jacket and pants. These garments are designed to provide maximum protection against wind, cold and moisture. Accessories like gloves, goggles, hat or helmet are not included; these items are available for sale at our shop for hygiene reasons.
Where Can I Rent Clothes to Go Up to Arcalís?
Our store is located at a key point in the Ordino valley, allowing you to pick up your gear easily and quickly before heading up the road to Ordino Arcalís resort. This way, you arrive at the slopes ready to ski.
Is There a Difference Between Ski and Snowboard Clothing?
The main difference is usually the cut. Ski clothes tend to be more fitted (athletic cut), while snowboard clothes are looser for greater range of motion. However, the garments we offer for rent are versatile and perfectly suitable for both disciplines, since we prioritize material quality, waterproofing and thermal comfort.
Can I Rent Just the Jacket or Just the Pants?
Of course! Our system is completely flexible. If you only need one of the two garments, you can rent the jacket or pants separately. We adapt to your needs so you only pay for what you'll actually use.
- Economical: "Don't spend hundreds of euros on clothes you'll wear only a few times."
