Grandvalira nursery and kids’ club
Grandvalira has one nursery, in Grau Roig, and three kids’ clubs, in Canillo, El Tarter and Soldeu: indoor spaces, sheltered from the cold and run by qualified carers, where children play while you ski. On this page you choose the service and the sector.
Grau Roig nursery (ages 1 to 3)
- For children aged 1 to 3, from 9:30 to 16:30, every day of the week.
- There are no ski lessons and children do not go outside.
- Meals are not included. Bring breakfast, comfortable clothes, nappies and a change of clothes.
- It is Grandvalira’s only nursery: the Pas de la Casa, Encamp and Peretol sectors have no nursery service.
Kids’ club in Canillo, El Tarter and Soldeu (from 24 months)
- For children over 24 months, from 9:30 to 16:30; you can drop them off at any time within those hours.
- Full day or half day.
- Meals are not included: a children’s menu can be booked at the school before 10:30. There are no menus for specific dietary needs; if your child has allergies, you can bring their food.
- Bring comfortable clothes, nappies, a change of clothes and, if needed, food.
What about the snow garden?
The snow garden is a different service: the Grandvalira ski school’s introduction to skiing for children aged 3 to 5, in enclosed areas, in Canillo, El Tarter, Soldeu, Grau Roig, Pas de la Casa and Encamp. It requires a valid ski pass (pedestrian passes are not accepted) and the child’s own ski equipment. For ages 3 to 11 the school also runs the Kids Program (lessons, lunch and activities).
