Which range should you choose in Nesselwang?

What does each pack include?

• Ski full set: skis with bindings set to your weight, height and level, boots and poles.
• Skis only: if you bring your own boots. From €20.50/day (€17 for kids).
• Boots only: if you bring your own skis. From €12.50/day (€10 for kids).
• Snowboard full set: board and boots. You can also hire just the board (from €28/day) or just the boots (from €12.50/day).

A helmet is not included in any pack and can't be added to this booking, so bring your own.

How much does it cost to hire skis for several days in Nesselwang?

Total for the full set by number of hire days. In Nesselwang every day costs the same: the total is the daily price multiplied by the days, and you see it in full when you pick your dates, before paying.

Where and when do you collect your kit?

• Collection point: the exact spot in Nesselwang and its opening times come in your booking confirmation email.
• Return: on your last hire day, following the instructions in the same email.

By car: Nesselwang is just 3 km from the Nesselwang exit of the A7 motorway. The Alpspitzbahn car park costs €5 a day (8am to 10pm), and parking is not allowed from 10pm to 8am.

How does booking work?

2. Pick your collection and return dates: the total appears straight away.
3. Pay online and get the confirmation email with the collection point in Nesselwang.
4. Collect your fitted kit and head for the slopes. If your plans change, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before.

Nesselwang at a glance

Nesselwang is the northernmost winter sports resort in the Allgäu, in Bavaria, just 3 km from the A7 motorway. You ski on the Alpspitze (1,575 m): 8 km of runs between 900 and 1,500 m, all covered by snowmaking, ideal for beginners and relaxed cruising. You go up on the Alpspitzbahn's two Kombibahnen, the only ones in Germany, where 8-seat gondolas and 4-seat chairs run on the same cable: the first section leaves the valley at 911 m and the second tops out at 1,463 m. There are also three drag lifts and two beginner conveyor belts.

What sets it apart is night skiing: every day from 6pm to 9pm when there is enough snow (except 24, 25, 26 and 31 December), on the floodlit main run from the mid-station down to the valley and in the Alpspitzpark snowpark, with kickers, rails and jumps. Children learn in the ski school's Kinderland with its own kids' lifts, and cross-country skiers have two loops, the Kappeler and the Grüntensee, groomed for classic and skating.

2026/27 season: a day lift pass costs €45 for adults (17 and over), €38.50 for students and pupils up to 25, and €30 for children aged 6 to 16; the Night-Card (6pm–9pm) €31.50. Day passes are not valid for the floodlit session. If you stay with a KönigsCard host, from 2 nights the card includes a 3-hour lift pass every day. The 2026/27 opening date has not yet been published on the official website.
