Sierra Nevada Ski Pass

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from CaranvaSports with your ski pass voucher. This email is your proof of purchase.

To collect your ski pass:

• Go to the offices or ticket windows at the station where you bought your ski pass
• Show the confirmation email (printed or on your mobile)
• Our team will give you your physical ski pass

It’s that simple! You don’t need to wait in lines or deal with complicated procedures. Keep your confirmation email safe; it is your direct access to your ski pass.

No need to waste paper! You can comfortably show the digital voucher you received in your email directly from your mobile phone screen.

For lift passes of 1 to 2 days, a photograph is generally not required and they are not strictly nominative. However, for lift passes of 3 or more days (or seasonal passes), the resort may require a photograph and your personal data. In that case, the photo is taken directly at the ticket office at the time of collection. The lift pass is always personal and non-transferable once issued.

Accident insurance is not mandatory, but at CaranvaSports we highly recommend it. The standard lift pass does not cover medical expenses in case of an accident on the slopes. The optional insurance usually covers slope rescue, first medical assistance at the resort clinic, and in many cases, transfer to a hospital. We recommend adding it during the purchase process to ski with complete peace of mind.

We understand that plans can change. Generally, we allow date changes free of charge as long as they are requested at least 48-72 hours before the first day of skiing. Please note that if the price of the lift pass for the new dates is higher, you will need to pay the difference. Check the specific conditions of your rate at the time of purchase.

Your peace of mind is our priority. If the ski resort announces a complete closure of its facilities due to lack of snow during the validity dates of your lift pass, we will offer you several alternatives, such as rescheduling for later in the season or a voucher for the amount paid to use on future purchases at CaranvaSports.

Age policies vary slightly between resorts. As a general rule, children under 5 or 6 years old usually have free access to the slopes, although they need a "baby" or "child" lift pass (at a cost of €0) which is also collected at the ticket offices by presenting a document that proves their age. From that age onwards, the "Child" or "Junior" rates apply up to 12 or 16 years old, depending on the resort. We always specify the age ranges in the purchase selector.
